What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on Kiiiys, we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email and message. Along with your enquiry we record technical details that help us understand how you found us and serve you better: your IP address, an approximate location derived from it (city/region), your device type and browser, the website or advertisement that referred you, and the listings you viewed on Kiiiys before enquiring. We do not require you to create an account to browse listings.
How we use it
We use this information solely to contact you about the project or property you enquired about, and to occasionally share relevant new listings. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage to remember your shortlist, recently viewed listings and how you first arrived on the site. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure site usage and the performance of our advertising; these services may set their own cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.
